With rising housing costs in the Edgewater area, our Jefferson area families are dealing with a lot of stress again this year. You can encourage these families with a meal this Thanksgiving or holiday presents in December.
This holiday season, partner with the Jefferson Community Center and Edgewater Collective to provide a Thanksgiving meal or holiday gifts for a Jefferson area family. Teachers and staff will recommend a family that could use encouragement this holiday season. Each family will be provided with a $25 gift card to King Soopers to purchase a Thanksgiving meal that fits their culture.
We will also use funds to purchase holiday gifts for Jefferson area families to be distributed at a special family event in December.
100% of funds from this project will go towards encouraging families at Edgewater Elementary, Lumberg Elementary, Molholm Elementary and Jefferson Junior/Senior High School.
