We work with local community members to develop their leadership and advocacy skills. Family Leadership Training Institute (FLTI) is a proven program focused on training community leaders.

Building wealth with Latino community members

WORKER COOPERATIVE BUSINESSES

Since 2022, we have supported the launch of four Latina-led worker cooperatives businesses. In worker cooperatives, the members are owners of the business and share in the decision-making as well as the profits from their business. We support these businesses by providing business services like bookkeeping, advertising, and other office services free of charge.
