All Kids Succeed Cradle to Career
In 2014, we started the Jefferson Success Pathway collective impact project with multiple community partners to strengthen current partnerships and build new ones so that all kids in the Jefferson Area school could succeed from cradle to career.
We are focused on four schools in the 80214 area:
- Edgewater Elementary School
- Lumberg Elementary School
- Jefferson Junior/Senior High School
Currently, our focus is on increasing and advocating for the right resources and supports in our focus area schools to drive improvement in cradle to career milestones:
- Family Health
- Kindergarten Readiness
- 3rd Grade Reading
- 5th Grade Math
- 8th Grade Math
- College and Career Readiness
Using Data to Drive Decisions and Cradle to Career Success
Our goal is to use data as a spotlight to show what is working instead of using data a hammer to destroy what isn’t working. Because we are focused on a small geographic area, we want to listen to those who are serving on the ground to hear the stories behind the data points.
