Edgewater House Tour

Tour homes throughout Edgewater and see historic homes as well as newer homes in the community. Connect with Edgewater residents and raise money for Edgewater Collective’s projects here in our community.

Tickets

Tickets for the Edgewater House Tour are $10 and include a beer from Joyride Brewing Company after you finish the tour.

Tickets can also be purchased from 1-1:20 pm on Saturday at the Edgewater Collective office (5220 W. 25th Avenue).

Tour Description

The tour is self-guided with a provided tour map with information about each home. We have grouped homes by geography into two groups: east side and west side of Edgewater.

1:00-1:20 pm – Pick up tour map at Edgewater Collective office (5220 W. 25th Avenue)

1-2:30 pm – Tour homes on the east side of town

2:30-3:30 pm – Tour homes on the west side of town

3:30 pm – Stop back at Joyride Brewing for a free beer

Tour Checkin

You can sign in and pick up your guide packet for the tour from 1-1:20 pm on Saturday at our office. Our office is located across from Joyride Brewing Company at 5220 W. 25th Avenue. Parking is available at the parking lot at 25th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard and street parking is available on Ames or Benton Street.

You can walk to the first four stops and then drive to the stops on the west side.

Interested in becoming a business sponsor?

We will be putting together a list of the homes on the tour and have space for business sponsors to display their logo and brief description of their services. Business sponsorship is $50 and if you are interested, you can fill out the information form below.

Want to show off your home?

We are looking for homeowners in Edgewater that have unique, historic or new homes that would like to participate. If you would like to learn more about how your home can be part of the tour, fill out your information below.

Interested in volunteering?

We are looking for volunteers to serve from 1-2:30 pm or 2:30-4 pm and act as greeters at the various houses on the tour. Volunteers will receive a free Edgewater Collective shirt as well as a beer after the tour at Joyride Brewing. If interested in volunteering, fill out the information form below.
