BUSINESS SERVICES COACH – Non-Exempt, part-time

Job Description

Purpose of the role

The Business Services Coach (Coach) is responsible for providing guidance and encouragement based on real world experience as a small business owner in Colorado. The Coach will meet with member owners of worker cooperatives that Edgewater Collective supports. The Business Services Coach will support member owners with leadership development, strategic planning, team performance, accountability, goal setting, and improving business processes

Responsibilities

  • Help member owners write SMART business goals
  • Plan and monitor individual coaching plans (SMART goals)
  • Maintain coaching plan documentation
  • Communicate with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish),
  • Current or former business owner with proven track record
  • Proficient using office software and other program-related software
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent customer service skills

Reports to:

  • Executive Director

Position Specifics

  • Salary – $26-$28 per hour

Schedule

  • 6 Hours per week. Recommended and will be adjusted as needed
  • In person at Edgewater Collective office is standard. Remote work as needed.
