Isabel Cruz – Board President
Isabel is an 80214 resident and experienced social justice advocate currently working in state health policy. She is dedicated to advancing racial equity and systemic change to ensure that all 80214 community members (and Coloradans generally) have what they need to thrive.

Kali Janda – Board Secretary
Kali has lived in Edgewater with her wife since 2015, but has had family in Edgewater for generations. She is a sign language interpreter who is deeply passionate about social justice, accessibility, sustainability and education.

Kim Massey
Kim has lived in Edgewater since 2020. She has been promoting meaningful community engagement for the last 8 years through the Family Leadership Training Institute and is excited to see Edgewater Collective support our community through this program.

Cristina Martinez
Cristina has lived in Edgewater with her family since 2015 when they moved from Mexico. Her daughter attended Edgewater area schools and she loves the community. Cristina is also a member of the Casitas Pin Pon Childcare Cooperative.

Erika Rodarte
Erika lives in the Westwood neighborhood of Denver and is a member of Casitas Pin Pon Childcare Cooperative. She is interested in the wellbeing of her Hispanic community, especially in young children, so that they receive quality education, food, and care.

Cynthia Lizano
Cynthia is a Lakewood resident psychologist  with extensive experience in community engagement and DEI. She is passionate about empowering communities to lead the programs and policies that impact their lives. Cynthia’s work focuses on fostering collaboration, sustainable change, and building leadership within underserved populations through inclusive strategies and cultural competence.

Amanda De Rezende
Amanda, a Brazilian native, has lived in the U.S. for over 12 years, five of which in Wheat Ridge. A single mother, trained pharmacist, and alumna of the Family Leadership Training Program, Amanda is passionate about empowering the Latinx community and fostering female leadership. She focuses on increasing civic participation and equipping family leaders to address key social, health, and economic issues, creating a lasting impact on her community.
