Help us promote community and literacy in Edgewater!

Edgewater residents are invited to submit your creative ideas to design your very own Book Nook.

Submissions will be judged on design, cost effectiveness, sustainability, and creative repurposing of materials. Designs should also consider seasonal durability. Current Book Nook owners will be contest judges.

The contest winner will receive a $150 gift card to Edgewater Ace Hardware to purchase materials for the Book Nook of your design.

The contest winner will be announced at the Edgewater Market & Music on Thursday, July 27th at 6:30 p.m. For more information, contact Jeanette Sanchez at sanchezjeanette528@gmail.com.

The deadline to submit a design is July 21 at 8 am.
