Thanks to a partnership with the City of Edgewater, we are working with Edgewater landlords to help tenants who are behind on their rent stay in their housing situation. The funding is for those who do not qualify for rent assistance through the State of Colorado.

We are looking for volunteers to check in with participating tenants once a week and provide encouragement and connection to other resources if that is needed. Our philosophy is rooted in the ABCD principles for community development where power comes from building relationships. You can read more about ABCD here.

This volunteer role will be about an hour each week over the next three months. Most of the communication with participating tenants will be over the phone.
