Collaborative Action Teams

Home  /  Collaborative Action Teams

Collaborative Action Teams are made up of organizations and individuals that are actively involved in the Jefferson Area and believe in the common vision of cradle to career success. These teams are aligning their programs and projects to the pathway goals so that we can see results in our indicators of success. This is how we go about the work of ensuring that each child succeeds from cradle to career.

The work is divided up between four Collaborative Action Teams: Family Health, Kindergarten Readiness, K-12 Success and College and Career.
