Collaborative Action Networks (CAN) are made up of organizations and individuals that are actively involved in the Jefferson Area and believe in the common vision of cradle to career success. These teams are aligning their programs and projects to the pathway goals so that we can see results in our indicators of success. This is how we go about the work of ensuring that each child succeeds from cradle to career.
The work is divided up between three Collaborative Action Networks: Early Literacy, Elementary Math and College/Career Readiness.
